This policy explains what personal information Nomadvibe Immersion collects when you enquire about a journey, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: January 2026.
Who we are
Nomadvibe Immersion ("we", "us") is an experiential travel company designing tailor-made journeys across Asia and the Middle East. For any privacy question, contact journeys@nomadvibeimmersion.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need in order to respond to your enquiry and design your journey:
- Contact details you provide — name, email address and telephone number.
- Journey details — preferred destinations, travel dates, number of travellers, journey type, budget range and the notes you write to us.
- Information necessary for bookings — traveller names, passport details, dietary requirements and accessibility needs, collected only once a journey is confirmed.
- Basic technical data — browser type, device and pages visited, used to understand how the site performs.
How we use it
Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, prepare and refine your itinerary, make reservations with hotels, guides and transport partners on your behalf, and support you while you travel. If you ask us to, we will also send occasional travel inspiration by email. You can stop that at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what a supplier needs to fulfil your booking — a hotel receives the names and dates for a reservation, an airline receives what a ticket requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is retained for up to twenty-four months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records relating to a confirmed journey are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to us and we will action the request, ordinarily within thirty days.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function correctly and to measure aggregate traffic. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Security
Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held in access-controlled systems. No transmission over the internet is ever entirely risk-free, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
