These terms govern the design, quotation and operation of journeys arranged by Nomadvibe Immersion. Last updated: January 2026.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry through this website places you under no obligation and forms no contract. We respond with a proposal outlining a suggested journey and an indicative price. Proposals are working documents and are expected to be revised.
Quotations
Quoted prices are based on availability, exchange rates and supplier tariffs at the time of quoting, and remain subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposited. Unless stated otherwise, quotations exclude international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses and any item described as optional.
Confirmation and payment
A journey is confirmed when a deposit is received and we issue written confirmation. Deposit amounts, payment schedules and final balance dates are set out in your individual booking confirmation, as they vary with the suppliers involved.
Changes and cancellations
Requests to amend a confirmed journey are accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability and to any charges levied by the suppliers concerned. Cancellation terms are those stated in your booking confirmation and reflect the individual policies of the hotels, airlines and operators forming your journey.
Our role
We design your journey and arrange its components with carefully selected third-party suppliers — hotels, guides, transport operators, airlines and experience providers. Those services are delivered by the suppliers themselves under their own terms. We select partners with care and monitor them continuously, but we are not the operator of every service within your itinerary.
Travel documents and insurance
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity and blank pages.
- Visa, entry-permit and health requirements are your responsibility; we will advise on them but cannot guarantee entry.
- Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, repatriation and cancellation is a condition of travelling with us.
Circumstances beyond control
We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, airline schedule changes and government action. Where such events affect a journey in progress, we will work to find suitable alternatives.

Sample journeys, durations, seasonal guidance and photography on this site are illustrative. Itineraries shown are examples of how a journey might be constructed, not fixed products, and every element is rebuilt for the individual traveller.
